For a quick getaway near Manila, many would opt to go to Batangas. One of the many is a quaint beach resort in Laiya, Acuaverde Beach Resort. This resort is also under the same management as Acuatico Beach Resort, which is right beside it. To be honest, there are features that Acuatico has, but are not available in Acuaverde. One sad example is the pool. However, sadness about that pool aside, it has the same beach area, given that the two resorts are just right beside each other.

During our stay, we had a good buffet breakfast to start our days, plus beach activities like banana boat and flying fish! We also stayed in lovely rooms, just a few steps away from the beach. Check out some photos below:
