My first taste of Switzerland was during this short trip to Zurich where I got to explore the city a little bit. Taking a stroll by the lake, and just enjoying the nice weather, I have to say that it felt like a pretty nice and relaxing pace to me. Although for me, the lake was pretty much one of the nicest parts of the city, there were other places that I found time to visit, too.

The Fraumunster was quite interesting architecturally. For even more walking, the Niederdorf area was also really nice! There were lots of cafes and restaurants, and the streets were pretty lively overall. I'm absolutely sure that there's so much more to explore here, but I'm guessing I'll have more time for that in future trips!
