Where is Jam?: Philippines (Luzon)

For a quick family trip, we spent a weekend in San Rafael River Adventure in Bulacan. We booked the glass cottage for an overnight stay - you can check out their rates and other accommodations here.

We planned to do the lunch river cruise, swim in the pools, and take an adventurous ATV ride. Unfortunately, the river cruise was not available when we were there, so we were only able to fulfill 2 out of the 3 things we wanted to do. Nonetheless, we had a lot of fun exploring nature and its surroundings! I personally enjoyed the ATV ride, which had really nice views along the (muddy) trail. Check out some of our photos below:

When looking into beach trips that won't be too crowded, one may consider heading to Punta Fuego. There's more than one beach in the area, which gives you even more options of where bask under the sun. Once you're in Punta Fuego, you won't necessarily be needing a car to get around. There are shuttles to the beach, which are convenient enough to use. For accommodations, head over to Airbnb for options. Check out some photos below:

So here we are again with another no fuss blog post. Since it's summer time, people are usually on beach trips, and I'm no exception to that. Another option near Manila would be Anvaya Cove near Morong. I recommend bringing a car since it'll be really difficult to walk from the apartment units to the beach.
